Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by pedigrlegr B.V. (registration number M66325145, VAT NL855474152B02), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pedigrlegr regarding your use of our mobile mechanic services, website, and related services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

pedigrlegr reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Service Description

pedigrlegr provides professional mobile mechanic services throughout Breda and North Brabant, Netherlands. Our services include but are not limited to engine repair, electrical system diagnostics, brake service, scheduled maintenance, and emergency roadside assistance.

All services are performed by qualified technicians using professional-grade equipment and quality parts. Service availability is subject to technician availability, geographic coverage, and the nature of the required work.

pedigrlegr operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with emergency services available outside regular hours subject to availability and additional charges.

Service Booking and Appointments

Services must be booked in advance through our contact methods. Emergency services may be available on short notice subject to technician availability. All appointments are confirmed by pedigrlegr and are subject to our scheduling availability.

Customers must provide accurate information about their vehicle, location, and required services. Any changes to booking details must be communicated at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

pedigrlegr reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative appointment times.

Customer Obligations

Customers must ensure safe and accessible working conditions at the service location. This includes adequate lighting, level ground, and sufficient space for our technicians to work safely around the vehicle.

You must provide accurate vehicle information and disclose any known issues or modifications that may affect the service. Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle before service begins.

Payment must be made according to agreed terms. Customers must be present or have an authorized representative available during the service appointment for consultation and approval of any additional work.

You agree to treat our technicians with respect and provide a safe working environment free from harassment or interference.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable VAT. Pricing may vary based on the complexity of work, parts required, travel distance, and time of service. Emergency and out-of-hours services may incur additional charges.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfers, and approved payment methods. Additional work beyond the original scope requires customer approval and may result in additional charges.

Late payment may result in interest charges and suspension of future services. All costs associated with debt recovery will be charged to the customer.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 4 hours notice without charge. Cancellations with less notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs.

pedigrlegr may cancel services due to unsafe working conditions, customer non-compliance with these terms, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged to the customer.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in requirements for advance payment or refusal of future services.

Warranties and Guarantees

pedigrlegr provides warranties on our workmanship and parts as follows: labor warranty of 90 days from service completion, parts warranty according to manufacturer specifications, and emergency repair warranty of 30 days for temporary fixes.

Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by customer misuse, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations. Warranty claims must be reported promptly and may require inspection by our technicians.

Our warranties are in addition to your statutory rights under Dutch consumer protection law and do not affect your legal rights.

Limitation of Liability

pedigrlegr's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the value of the specific service provided. We maintain professional liability insurance to cover potential claims related to our work.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or inconvenience. Our liability does not extend to pre-existing vehicle conditions not related to our services.

pedigrlegr is not responsible for damage to vehicles caused by customer negligence, hidden defects, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any limitations of liability do not apply to personal injury caused by our negligence.

These limitations are reasonable and necessary for the provision of mobile mechanic services and reflect industry standards.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pedigrlegr website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of pedigrlegr or its licensors and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws.

The pedigrlegr name, logo, and trademarks are owned by pedigrlegr B.V. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission. This includes reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from our copyrighted materials.

You may view and download content from our website for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use requires explicit written permission from pedigrlegr.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with GDPR and Dutch data protection laws.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and comply with all applicable data protection regulations.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice. pedigrlegr may immediately terminate services if customers violate these terms, provide false information, or create unsafe working conditions.

Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due. Termination does not affect warranties for completed work or either party's rights and obligations that arose before termination.

Customers may terminate scheduled services with appropriate notice as outlined in our cancellation policy. Emergency services cannot be terminated once our technician is en route to your location.

Force Majeure

pedigrlegr is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, equipment failures, or pandemics.

In case of force majeure events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and reschedule services as soon as practicable. Extended force majeure events may result in service suspension without penalty to either party.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns about our services. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication with our customer service team.

If direct resolution is not possible, disputes may be submitted to mediation through recognized Dutch mediation services. Both parties agree to participate in good faith mediation before pursuing legal action.

For consumer customers, you may also contact relevant consumer protection agencies or automotive industry ombudsman services available in the Netherlands.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dutch courts.

For consumer customers, this choice of law does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence if different from the Netherlands.

pedigrlegr operates under Dutch law as a B.V. (private limited company) registered in the Netherlands, and all business operations are conducted in accordance with Dutch commercial and automotive service regulations.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with valid provisions that most closely reflect the original intent.

The invalidity of any provision does not affect the validity of the agreement as a whole or any other provisions contained herein.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pedigrlegr regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

No modification of these terms is valid unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of pedigrlegr. Oral modifications are not binding and will not be enforced.
